Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our guest services team at Days Inn Pittsburgh. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing hotel operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

About the Role:
  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, checking them in efficiently and handling their room assignments.
  • Manage hotel accounts, handle customer complaints, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle telephone calls and online requests from guests regarding room bookings, rates, amenities, and special requests.
  • Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.

Responsibilities:
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
  • Communication: Handle telephone calls and online requests, maintaining clear and concise communication with guests.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the housekeeping department to ensure smooth hotel operations.

Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, receptionist, or guest service specialist.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management systems.
