Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely drive a shuttle van to transport passengers to and from specified locations while complying with all traffic regulations
  • Adhere to established routes and schedules to ensure timely service
  • Assist passengers with boarding and alighting, including handling luggage
  • Ensure passenger safety and comfort throughout the journey
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shuttle van
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and safety checks

Candidate Profile (Requirements):

  • Minimum age of 21 years
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for at least 5 years
  • At least 2 years of experience in commercial passenger transportation
  • Ability to perform basic vehicle inspections and safety checks
  • Familiarity with navigation applications and smartphones
  • Proficient in English for effective communication with passengers
  • Punctual and dependable to ensure timely service
  • Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring every passenger feels valued
  • Positive demeanor and strong work ethic, committed to providing outstanding service
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Physical capability to lift luggage weighing up to 75 lbs
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical examination
