We are seeking a highly skilled Physician - Internal Medicine Specialist to join our team at Mon Health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in primary care and be able to provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary care to patients in an outpatient setting, following evidence-based practices and guidelines.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Ensure a continuum of care by coordinating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Meet the minimum education and experience requirements, including a graduate degree from an accredited medical school and completion of an internal medicine residency.
- Hold current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency certification and West Virginia medical licensure.
- Be fully credentialed according to Mon Health Medical Center and Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospital's Medical Staff By-laws.
- Board Eligible or Board Certification in Internal Medicine.
- Previous experience in group practice or hospital setting with broad scope of family practice or internal medicine experience preferred.
