Key Responsibilities- Greet patients, visitors, and staff with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing a positive first impression of our hospital.
- Provide valet services, including parking and retrieving vehicles, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist individuals with mobility challenges, offering wheelchair and escort services as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and efficiently manage parking logistics, adhering to all site requirements and traffic laws.
- Provide accurate directions and helpful information about the hospital facilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid active in-state regular driver's license (no permits or probationary licenses).
- 5-year clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive hourly rate of $15.13/hour plus tips (up to $19/hour with tips).
