Salesforce Solution Architect

DKMRBH Inc is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our consulting team, you will be responsible for leading technical requirements gathering sessions, overseeing the creation and maintenance of application and system documentation, and guiding the environment management plan and release strategies for projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 3 years of technical implementation experience with Salesforce
  • Lead technical requirements gathering sessions and oversee the creation and maintenance of application and system documentation
  • Guide the environment management plan and release strategies for projects
  • Identify synergies between Salesforce product offerings and provide guidance on best practices and efficiencies
  • Work in a Sales Engineering function to scope project proposals and present a vision to prospects
  • Oversee large data migrations and provide technical assistance as needed
  • Serve as the lead technical resource on Salesforce implementation projects
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of Salesforce application development, integration, and extension features

Requirements:

  • Salesforce certifications (Admin) required; Salesforce Architect certifications (or component Designer certifications) preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years technical implementation experience, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Four to seven years of IT experience, advanced skills in Salesforce, business analysis, and project scoping
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and developing scalable, highly performant solutions for complex business requirements
  • Applied knowledge of Salesforce and the Sales, Services, and Community functions
  • Nonprofit or higher ed industry experience or knowledge
  • Strong Salesforce technical knowledge, data modeling skills, and understanding/awareness of other systems commonly found in nonprofit or higher ed system landscapes
