Ambulatory Anesthesia Pain Clinic Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Anesthesia Pain Clinic team at Henry Ford Health System. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality patient care
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Delegate, supervise, and document patient care and teaching
- Effectively communicate patient information to the healthcare team
- Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions
- BSN preferred
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans
- Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing
- IBCLC certification must be acquired within 12 months of hire and maintained
- One to two years as a Lactation Consultant/Specialist
