  • Visual Merchandising: Change apparel on mannequins according to merchandising and visual standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and educate other associates on merchandise standards, promoting a culture of excellence.
  • Relationship Building: Create great long-lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Customer Retention: Measure and exceed customer service goals, including customer retention, churn rate, renewals/win-backs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Store Maintenance: Organize inventory on the sales floor, ensuring the store is clean, presentable, and aesthetically pleasing to clients throughout the day.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of relevant service experience in a fast-paced, creative retail environment.
  • Quickbooks Knowledge: Familiarity with Quickbooks and other desktop, mobile, tablet, and digital technology.
  • Customer Focus: A dedication to making people happy and consistently elevating the customer experience.
  • Availability: Available weekends and flexible schedule.
