As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services to our patients, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and driving business growth through strategic planning and collaboration with regional management.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and oversee all aspects of behavioral healthcare services in the State of Delaware, including substance use disorder, re-entry, mental health, and sex offender therapy programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as ACA/NCCHC standards.
- Coordinate effective administration of behavioral health services, including quality improvement initiatives and staff training.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with regional management to ensure seamless delivery of services and effective communication with clients.
- Master's degree in social work, counseling psychology, or a related field.
- Current behavioral health license at the Master's level or higher in the state of responsibility.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading a large behavioral health unit/program, including administrative duties and direct responsibility for oversight of mental health programs.
- Significant experience with serious mental illness and sex offender treatment preferred.
- Correctional experience preferred.
