Estimated Salary: $73,000 - $93,000 per year, based on experience. This figure takes into account the competitive salary structure, productivity bonuses, and relocation assistance offered by BHNetwork.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health and substance use services to clients across the lifespan. This includes delivering outcome-driven individual, couple, family, and group therapy services, conducting assessments, and creating collaborative treatment plans. As a bilingual clinician, you will offer therapy, assessments, and skill-building support in both English and Spanish. Your work will involve measuring progress toward treatment goals and coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapy services to clients of various ages and backgrounds.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
  • Measure progress toward treatment goals and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Participate in team meetings, supervision, and training for professional development.
  • Document clinical activities using electronic medical records (EMR).


Requirements:

A Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required. Independent licensure or being license-eligible and working toward licensure is also necessary. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, as well as experience providing clinical services to children, adolescents, and/or adults, are essential for this role.
