- High school degree or equivalent required; Infant Nursery Supervisor certification preferred.
- Previous experience in infant care and education, with a focus on child development and curriculum planning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and meet the physical demands of the job.
