About the Role
We are seeking a Sales and Growth Professional to join our team at TEKsystems.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Increase sales revenue through existing and new accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
- Contact and meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and build trust
- Prepare and present effective sales proposals and pitches
- Partner with the delivery team to identify client needs, qualify those needs, and present top candidates
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or similar fields; or military experience or 2-4 years of professional experience in sales (management experience preferred)
- A minimum of 1+ year of successful B2B outside sales experience with a track record of exceeding quotas
- Experience in staff augmentation or other service-oriented sales within the IT industry is highly preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A sense of urgency, excellent presentation skills, and a high standard of professionalism and character
Benefits and Compensation
As a Sales and Growth Professional, you can expect a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, plus commission and an exceptional benefits package, including:
