About the Opportunity

  • We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of software developers.

Job Description

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising, guiding, and developing employees reporting to them.
  • They will assist with code reviews, hands-on coding, and administrative duties related to planning, organizing, and directing the applications development function.

About You

  • You will bring a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT, with a progressive career and increased responsibilities.
  • You must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience over software developers.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT, business, or a related field is required.

Technical Requirements

  • You should have professional experience with MS technologies and applications (C#, .NET, ASPX, SQL, HTML, IIS, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Server).
  • You must be proficient in MS SQL Server, including SQL Server Management Studio, Configuration, and Report Services.
