Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team. As a Laborer, you will play a critical role in helping us successfully complete infrastructure projects, including roadwork, highways, bridges, airports, and site work.

Responsibilities
  • Perform manual labor and operate various equipment, including hand and power tools.
  • Contribute to the safety of yourself, colleagues, and the general public.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Participate in professional development activities and continue to hone and learn new skills.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Prior related job experience is strongly preferred.
  • Have or be able to obtain OSHA 10 certification (OSHA 30 is preferred).
  • A valid driver's license is required and clean driving abstract.
  • Ability to operate a compactor is required.
  • Ability to pass background (driving abstract) and drug testing as required by federal and/or state regulations.
