Your Role

We seek a skilled Front End Pharmacy Technician to join our Omnicare team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the seamless delivery of medication services in closed-door pharmacies. Your expertise will help us maintain accuracy and provide best-in-class customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Triaging customer service requests with precision and urgency
  • Verifying correct dosages based on prescriptions and medications
  • Collaborating with pharmacists to ensure timely and accurate dispensing
  • Providing crucial information on allergies, drug interactions, and therapeutic duplications
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or state-mandated qualifications
  • At least one year of experience as a pharmacy technician
Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in the long-term care industry and PTCB National Certification are highly valued but not required.
