Medical Care Specialist

About the Job
This internal medicine physician will be part of an established team of 8 providers, consisting of 5 physicians and 3 mid-levels. Our practice values collaboration and teamwork, with a strong emphasis on communication and patient care management.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a primary care physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and participating in patient care management and follow-up activities. You will also engage in community outreach and maintain relationships with local patients.
Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a team-oriented individual with strong communication skills, both in-person and via electronic means. You should be open to various backgrounds, including recent graduates or experienced physicians. Ability to connect with the community and respect the legacy of the retiring physician is essential.
Work Schedule and Environment
The work environment is collaborative, with regular office hours from Monday to Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM).
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
Familiarity with eClinicalWorks EMR is preferred. We value adaptability, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with the community.
