Imaging Department Leadership Position

HCA Healthcare seeks a Director of Imaging to lead our Imaging Services locations. This role requires a leader who can foster a safe and harmonious working environment that provides exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Imaging Services Department, ensuring administrative and technical aspects are aligned with company standards.
- Promote planning, development, and management of hospital-managed imaging centers within the community, driving growth and success.
- Maintain expertise in responding to technical and patient care issues, adapting to the needs of our diverse patient population.
- A Bachelor's degree in Radiology or a related field is required; a Master's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of five (5) years' work experience in Radiological Technologists is necessary; prior management experience is essential.
- Certifications include a current ARRT license from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists and a Medical Radiologic Technologist license from the Texas Department of State Health Services, as well as BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $135,000, based on industry standards and location considerations.
