We are seeking a dedicated Substance Use Disorder Professional to join our team at Community Minded Enterprises in Eastern Washington. As a key member, you will serve as the primary contact for patients at our clinic, providing individualized support and connecting them to vital resources.

About the Role

In this position, you will guide patients in achieving their treatment goals through personalized support and collaboration with our treatment team. You will uphold confidentiality and professionalism in every interaction, ensuring the best patient outcomes.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in social services is preferred.
  • Experience in the social service field and chemical dependency treatment is necessary, aligning with Department of Health licensed Chemical Dependency Professional requirements.
  • An active Washington Department of Health SUDP license and current Washington State driver's license are essential.
  • You must have strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

We offer a competitive salary range of $44,000 to $59,000 annually, along with fully paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 3% IRA match.
