About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at Willow ABA Services. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for our clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder
  • Provide supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they are performing their jobs in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Willow, HIPAA regulations, and the BACB's Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts
  • Conduct thorough medical documentation audits for all clients regularly
  • Participate in individual continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in ABA
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure that all clients receive high-quality services and achieve their goals
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Competency in writing behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs
  • Experience working with children, teens, and young adults in a clinic setting
  • Ability to provide supervision for staff in school to become a BCBA
  • Strong work ethic, creativity, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of BACB ethics and policies
