Ricochet Host

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team at Ricochet. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival and manage the waiting list
• Monitor and manage takeout orders, including accepting orders over the phone and delivering them to guests
• Assist with bussing and sanitizing tables to ensure a clean and efficient dining experience
• Communicate with the serving team to ensure seamless service and maximize guest satisfaction
• Provide exceptional customer service and interact with guests in a warm and friendly manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred, but not required
• Strong communication skills, both in-person and over the phone
• Ability to learn and operate our restaurant point-of-sale system
• Highly organized with a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety procedures is a plus
