Job Summary:

The Food and Beverage Team Member is a core member of the P.F. Chang's team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences in our scratch kitchen restaurants. To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate customer service expertise, understanding of our menu, and ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver amazing hospitality experiences to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations.
  • Understand the restaurant menu to engage guests on choosing menu items and answer their questions.
  • Guide guests through their dining experience, taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments.
  • Understand restaurant seating layout, how tables are divided into server areas, and how to deliver food within the restaurant.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience is not required - we will train you.
  • Excellent customer service skills and etiquette.
  • Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures.
  • Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable, or ability obtain, where applicable.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team-work environment.
