Job Summary: CrossMed - Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care as an Electrophysiology Technician, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Assist with procedures and operate departmental equipment, utilizing technical skills and knowledge to support the cath lab team.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to provide clear and concise information.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures, reporting outcomes and contributing to the development of individualized care plans.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring adequate stock of supplies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the healthcare team, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to excellence.

Requirements:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technician, with a strong background in cath lab procedures and patient care.
  • Graduate from an accredited school with a degree in a relevant field, such as cardiovascular technology or a related healthcare discipline.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull, as well as communicate effectively with patients and healthcare professionals.
