Reporting and Compliance
You will report to the Area Manager or Director of Region Operations, providing regular updates on location performance. Your role includes:

3. Managing the budget and ensuring operational plans align with financial goals.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, you should possess:
1. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.
2. At least 8 years of supervisory experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
