About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team at Bright Horizons Children's Centers. As a Child Care Teacher, you will play a vital role in providing a nurturing environment that encourages the social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children. You will design and implement curriculum that meets the needs of your students and ensure the overall well-being of the children in your care.


Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Implementation:
  • Design and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum in line with Bright Horizons' guidelines and NAEYC standards.
  • Plan and execute daily schedules that balance quiet and active activities, indoor and outdoor exploration, and fine and gross motor skills.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with young children. A high school diploma/GED is required, and related college-level coursework or CDA course work is preferred. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to maintain confidentiality about sensitive information.


Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $18.50 - $22.50 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
