Diesel Direct Inc is seeking a skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in E. Providence, RI. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing diesel equipment, including fleet delivery vehicles and customer equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and diagnose equipment issues, performing repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on diesel equipment
  • Repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems
  • Test repaired equipment to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer specifications and regulations
Requirements:
  • Experience working with oil and fuel trucks a plus
  • Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs and interpret policies and procedures
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing technology
