Palliative Care Physician Assistant

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Advanced Practice Provider to join our Palliative and Supportive Care team at St. Luke's Health System.
As a member of our team, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide comprehensive care and support throughout the treatment process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in palliative medicine and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assess and address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients and their families
**Requirements:**
- Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing
- Licenses/Certifications: License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner
- Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance license
