Job Summary:
The successful candidate will lead the implementation and enhancement of HSE processes aligned with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards. They will collaborate with stakeholders, conduct audits, ensure legal compliance, and drive sustainability initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and improve HSE processes to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder collaboration on HSE practices and ensure effective communication.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and report HSE performance data to inform business decisions.
- Manage Environmental and OHS databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Desired Competencies:
- Knowledge of Environmental Sustainability and reporting frameworks.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and legal requirements.
- Experience in HSE concerns and multi-stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environment or Health & Safety (Master's preferred).
- 4-7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

- Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel within North America.
