Senior Quality Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our quality strategy and ensuring the highest level of product and process quality. You will lead the development and implementation of innovative quality initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide strategic direction and oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Quality Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive quality management strategy aligned with company goals, ensuring continuous improvement and fostering a culture of quality excellence.
  • Establish Quality Management Systems: Develop and maintain robust quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
  • Lead Quality Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance quality throughout project lifecycles, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
  • Oversee Quality Audits: Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Analyze Quality Data: Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.
  • Communicate Quality Results: Prepare regular reports on quality performance and initiatives for senior management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in quality management within the construction and renewable energy industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders at all levels, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Quality Manager) is a plus.
