Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Manager to join our team at C.I.A. Services, Inc. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing the business operations of our client communities, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal property laws, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our client communities, including preparing budgets, cash flow analyses, and managing community funds as approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal property laws, and identify and mitigate potential risks to our clients and their residents.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Serve as the primary contact with the community Board of Directors, and collaborate with other stakeholders, including developers, builders, government agencies, and contractors, to meet the needs of our clients and their residents.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); five years minimum industry-related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of local, state, and federal laws affecting homeowners' associations; public speaking skills; good, clear written communication skills; and intermediate to advanced Internet skills.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) desired but not mandatory.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO): All permanent employees are eligible for one week (5 days) of paid vacation during their first year of service, two weeks (10 days) during their second through the fifth year of service, three weeks (15 days) during their sixth through the fifteenth year of service.
