Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment.
  • Conduct inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Maintain clear communication with customers and branch personnel regarding repair status and scheduling.
  • Complete service documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies on service vehicles.
  • Uphold the standards of service vehicles, tools, and uniforms.
  • Mentor and support less experienced technicians as a representative of the company.
  • Adhere to all company policies, particularly those related to safety.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Self-reliant and dependable work ethic.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Possession of standard hand tools relevant to the industry.
  • Physical capability to climb ladders, work at heights, and navigate confined spaces.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.
  • Availability for on-call duties during nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
  • Prior experience as a commercial HVAC or refrigeration technician is essential.
  • Universal EPA certification is highly desirable.
