Job Overview

  • Lead the development process for multifamily projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges in the multifamily sector.
  • Select potential development sites based on strategic fit, market demand, and financial viability.
  • Manage project budgets and financial models to maximize profitability.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management throughout the development process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in multifamily development, including a strong track record of successfully managing projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of the multifamily housing market and trends.
  • Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and fundraising for real estate projects.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Costar and Microsoft Office Suite.
