Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with various organizational levels, including senior management, to create effective financial strategies and plans.
  • Provide essential financial support to key departments, ensuring alignment with our brand objectives.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly journal entries in accordance with US GAAP, focusing on areas such as prepaid expenses and accruals.
  • Oversee the prepaid OPEX account, ensuring accurate monthly amortization and tracking of additions.
  • Conduct monthly account reconciliations and update cost center reporting for budget owners.
  • Deliver insightful variance analysis, highlighting key drivers impacting financial performance.
  • Assist in ad-hoc financial analyses as requested by various stakeholders.
  • Research and reconcile expenses, providing comprehensive support for internal orders and financial documentation.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service orientation while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Prepare financial reports and processes to guarantee timely and precise operational information.
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvements and enhance reporting capabilities.
  • Facilitate collaboration between shared services and finance teams to support financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or corporate finance.
  • Proficient in financial reporting, forecasting, and budget management.
  • Degree in finance or accounting is required; advanced degrees or certifications (MBA, MAcc, CPA) are advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP accounting principles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with Hyperion Essbase and SAP is a plus.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to build effective relationships across departments.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying financial information to diverse audiences.
