Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities
  • Provide expert repair and maintenance services for Rivian electric vehicles, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
  • Conduct thorough diagnoses and repairs, using advanced tools and techniques to resolve complex issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations and updates on repair status.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical training and industry developments to maintain expertise and improve service quality.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; automotive repair training or certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive repair, with a focus on electric vehicles and advanced diagnostic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
