Job Summary

We are seeking a Security Officer to fulfill various assignments for our clients. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, observe and report activities, respond to critical situations, and enforce client procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Observation and Reporting: Conduct regular site observations, documenting and reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Critical Response: Respond promptly to critical situations, prioritizing the safety and security of clients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in providing excellent customer service.

General Qualifications

  • Education: High school education or equivalent (GED).
  • Screening Process: Pass an extensive screening process.
  • Security Experience: Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred.
