Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, install, service, and repair fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled inspections and maintenance tasks.
  • Identify and report system discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and repair fire alarm systems for assigned customers.
  • Adhere to company and customer safety policies, maintaining a professional appearance and attitude when working with customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service, documenting all service activities throughout the day.

Requirements:

  • Valid State of Ohio Fire Alarm License.
  • Valid Driver License.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Adherence to company screenings.
  • OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus.
  • Certifications in sprinkler/standpipe systems, fire alarm, and portable fire extinguishers a plus.
