Job Summary:
A Commercial Lines Account Manager is sought by Alera Group to join their Property & Casualty team in a remote position. The successful candidate will serve as the day-to-day expert on a book of business, point of contact for clients, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
The Assistant Account Manager will assist Account Executives in coordinating renewal details, preparing materials for quarterly client meetings, ensuring information flow to other departments, maintaining client databases, records management, project-specific assignments, and supporting client satisfaction as assigned.

Key Performance Indicators:
Operational policies and processes will be adhered to ensure client satisfaction and quality products and services delivery. Accurate and complete client data will be maintained in the CRM database, with documentation and management of action items and client communications according to procedure. Hard-copy and electronic records will be managed in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Minimum 2 years of prior professional experience in customer service, sales, or account management in a retail insurance agency is necessary. Property & Casualty license is required. CISR or CIC designations are preferred. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential, along with attention to detail and ability to interact at all company levels while maintaining confidentiality in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite is also required.
