Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field operations and ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain schedules and uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and maintain comprehensive reports.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to promptly address and resolve any issues.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job site.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects from start to finish.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Extensive experience with interior construction projects.
  • Expertise in reading, interpreting, and updating construction drawings.
  • Proficiency in PlanGrid, Raken, and Bluebeam is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to cultivate a collaborative and positive work environment.
