About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Script Development: Develop test scripts utilizing business requirements and functional documentation to ensure thorough testing of our Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Test Execution: Execute SIT test scripts, record actual results, document, and retest defects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Defect Management: Assist in test defect management process, monitor, and report on defect resolution to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Test Planning: Work with QA Lead to outline Test plan for each cycle and review test sequence, test data required for testing with Product Owners and Business SMEs.
  • Test Data Creation: Create test data as needed for all testing cycles to ensure accurate testing.
  • Test Plan Meeting: Participate in the test plan meeting and provide feedback to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Regression Testing: Prepare regression test suite and perform regression testing prior to each Go-Live to ensure stability and quality.
  • End-to-End Testing: Support end-to-end testing sessions to ensure comprehensive testing.
  • Go-NoGo Decision: Provide input for Go-NoGo decisions and participate in go-NoGo meeting to ensure timely and informed decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 6+ years of experience in testing and validating Oracle HCM Fusion Functionality.
  • Oracle HCM Experience: Oracle HCM Fusion functionality experience including Core HR, Benefits, LA, Payroll, Talent Management, Reports is required.
  • CEMLI/RICEW Experience: Familiarity with Oracle CEMLI/RICEW is required.
  • Test Case Development: Experience in developing test cases and test plans for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Reports, and Talent Management is required.
  • Test Execution Experience: Experience in executing test cases to verify the functionality of the software and identify defects is required.
  • Test Data Creation Experience: Creating and maintaining test data to support testing activities is required.
  • Business and IT Collaboration: Experience working with business and IT teams to translate functional and non-functional requirements into test cases and test scripts is required.
  • Testing Facilitation: Experience facilitating testing activities, conducting test runs and cycles, defect tracking, issue resolution, and conducting defect triage meetings is required.
  • Communication and Documentation: Excellent communication, attention to detail, and documentation skills are required.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, engineering technology, or similar with 6+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Background Check: All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements, which may include a background check.
