About the Role:

This role involves providing personalized advice on a wide range of financial products and services, identifying customer needs, and maintaining a high level of profitable sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and implementing business development efforts to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine specific customer financial and investment needs
  • Provide expert advice on personal investment product purchases
  • Maintain a high level of profitable sales that meet or exceed goals
  • Stay knowledgeable about current investment product portfolios
  • Implement business development efforts to establish advisory relationships and generate new business
  • Engage in proactive learning to stay informed about tax and investment updates
  • Act as a resource to other licensed Investment Associates and Wealth Management professionals

Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College degree or equivalent experience required
  • 1-5 years relevant experience preferred
  • Certification/License: Series 7, 66, and life insurance licenses required; additional licensure encouraged
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to enhance the organization's image
  • Ability to foster and cultivate relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Innovation and flexibility essential to meet changing market demands
  • Excellent analytical skills to recommend suitable products and services
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and share knowledge
