As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote positive behavior change and improved quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans that align with Gateway Pediatric Therapy's policies and procedures.
• Provide direct clinical services to clients, including individual and group therapy sessions, as well as parent training and education.
• Supervise and mentor technicians to ensure high-quality treatment implementation and adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate and organized records, client notes, data, and reports for internal and external processes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
