F-15 Flight Simulator Instructor

Position Summary:

The F-15 Flight Simulator Instructor is responsible for training personnel in the operation and comprehension of the F-15 aircraft for the Qatar Emiri Air Force (QEAF). This role is vital in equipping pilots with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in real-world missions and to maintain high standards of proficiency in handling the F-15 aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate F-15 simulator training sessions for QEAF pilots.
• Provide thorough academic instruction on F-15 systems, operational procedures, tactical approaches, and emergency protocols.
• Develop and curate training resources, including manuals, presentations, and visual aids to enhance the educational experience.
• Assess pilot performance during simulator exercises and offer constructive feedback for skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with fellow instructors and subject matter experts to refine training programs, ensuring content accuracy and relevance.
• Stay informed about advancements in F-15 technology, tactics, and operational methods to keep training materials current.
• Engage in debriefing sessions with pilots to evaluate training outcomes, address any issues, and reinforce learning objectives.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports, and documentation in line with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Contribute to the creation of innovative training initiatives and methodologies to improve the overall effectiveness of the training program.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline; advanced degrees are advantageous.
• Prior Instructor Aircrew Qualification as a Pilot or Weapons Systems Operator (WSO) in fighter operations (F-15E/S/SA/K/SG, F-15C, F-16, F/A-18, F-22, or other fighter/attack aircraft).
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an instructor delivering academic training in military or civilian flight operations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of fighter aircraft systems, avionics, weaponry, and mission planning.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Must hold a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous flight and training experience with the F-15QA Aircraft.
• Experience working alongside Qatari Emiri Air Force (QEAF) personnel.
