  • Implement and maintain IAM systems to streamline user life-cycle management, identity and access governance, and Privileged Account Management (PAM).
  • Assist in the deployment of the Okta identity solution, showcasing expertise in SSO protocols, workflows, and MFA with Okta.
  • Provide operational assistance for IAM products, including daily management of systems and handling incident/support ticket requests.
  • Demonstrate experience in troubleshooting issues across various environments, including on-premises, cloud, and SaaS.
  • Collaborate closely with other security team members and IT teams to enhance IAM maturity and awareness across the organization.
  • Monitor the external threat landscape for emerging risks and counsel relevant stakeholders on suitable actions.
  • Oversee, upgrade, and maintain servers and applications related to information security tools.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory, preferably in a multi-domain setting.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with Microsoft Entra ID.
  • A minimum of three years of experience with Okta Access Management or comparable single sign-on systems.
  • A minimum of one year of experience with Privileged Access Management systems.
  • Proficient understanding of one or more of the following technologies/languages: Microsoft Azure, MFA, SSO, RADIUS, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID, WS-FED, REST API, or PowerShell.
  • Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, CISSP, or GSEC are preferred.
