About the Role:

Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Monitor patients' vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse rate, and report any changes to medical staff in a timely manner.
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers, prioritizing patient safety and adherence to treatment plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms, adhering to infection control protocols and ensuring a comfortable living space for patients.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, fostering positive relationships and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely, maintaining comprehensive records and facilitating effective communication among healthcare teams.
