The Detroit Medical Center is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Med Surg / Telemetry team at DMC Sinai-Grace Hospital.
This is a full-time day shift position, with a 36-hour workweek and a 12-hour shift schedule.
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to a variety of patient types, including those with heart monitoring, observation, general medical/surgical, oncology/chemo, medical psychiatry, and palliative/hospice needs.
You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and will be responsible for delegating and supervising patient care activities to team members.
Our Med Surg / Telemetry unit is a fast-paced environment with a high patient turnover, and we are looking for a nurse who is able to think critically and make sound decisions in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to a variety of patient types

Qualifications:
- Graduation from a school of nursing required
- BSN preferred
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan required
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS required
