To be successful in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals diagnosed with mental illness is required.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this role is $115,000, based on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including access to mental health resources, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career advancement.
