Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled Pyschiatrist to fill the role of Correctional Mental Health Specialist. In this capacity, the selected candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch psychiatric care to individuals incarcerated in the New York City jail system. Key aspects of this role include developing treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, participating in multidisciplinary team meetings, and collaborating with security personnel and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery. Additionally, the ideal candidate must possess advanced knowledge of psychopharmacology and psychotherapy, as well as excellent communication skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care provided within the correctional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop individualized treatment plans incorporating patient preferences, medical history, and social factors.
