Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Registry Clerk to join our team at St. Mary Dialysis. As a key member of our dialysis unit, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming atmosphere for patients and families, ensuring a positive experience in our dialysis unit.
  • Complete relevant forms, enter key information into databases, and use reports to support patient care and administrative tasks.
  • Obtain patient records, schedule tests and treatments, register new patients, and perform other related duties.
  • Treat patients and families with respect and dignity, working in a compassionate manner to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the billing cycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information.
  • Assist with entering scheduling information and corrections into Dimensions, and prepare monthly reports and statistics.
  • Adhere to infection control and infection prevention requirements, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Computer experience, with familiarity of Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Experience with entering information into databases, a plus.
