Digital Account Strategist

We are on the lookout for an experienced and enthusiastic Account Director to spearhead our web development initiatives and help us deliver exceptional digital solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Take full responsibility for the success of our top client accounts.
- Develop and execute strategies for account growth, identifying upsell opportunities and new business avenues.
- Regularly communicate the value we provide through quarterly business reviews.
- Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.
- Work in tandem with project managers to align projects with client goals.
- Partner with Directors across departments to ensure successful project delivery.
- Address and resolve client issues swiftly and effectively.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for clients.
- Contribute to account prioritization and report progress to agency leadership.
- Identify and capitalize on upsell opportunities and campaigns.
- Monitor, report, and manage client satisfaction levels.
- You are a seasoned leader with a track record of managing large, complex digital accounts.
- You excel in collaboration, relationship-building, and communication.
- You are a confident and engaging presence in professional settings.
- You possess a deep sense of empathy and maintain the highest levels of integrity.
- Your written and verbal communication skills are outstanding.
- You're smart, driven, and results-oriented.

- You bring over 8 years of experience in a digital agency environment.
