Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Breakfast Host to join our team at Another Broken Egg Cafe. As a Breakfast Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for ensuring their experience is exceptional from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
- Manage the flow of the restaurant, including monitoring tables, resetting tables, and estimating wait times.
- Manage the wait list and to-go orders, ensuring that all guests are informed and satisfied.
- Ensure that all guest needs are met, including providing menu recommendations and answering questions.
- Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience.
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours).
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver up to 20 pounds.
- Prior experience in a similar role is recommended, but not required.
