Location: Hybrid-Telework Schedule

Gpac is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Litigation / Regulatory Paralegal to join our legal team and provide support to our attorneys. This position offers a hybrid-telework schedule, providing flexibility for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct research on case laws, regulations, and legal precedents to support attorneys in their legal proceedings.
  2. Assist in organizing and managing legal documents, including filing, indexing, and retrieving case files.
  3. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts under attorney supervision.
  4. Maintain regular communication with clients, updating them on case progress and assisting in gathering necessary information.
  5. Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, coordinating witness interviews, and managing trial logistics.
  6. Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and assist in the development of strategies to address regulatory issues. Perform administrative tasks, including calendar management, scheduling, and other tasks to support attorneys' workflow.
Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent paralegal certification.
  • Previous experience as a litigation or regulatory paralegal preferred.
  • Strong research skills and proficiency in legal databases and research tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of litigation and regulatory procedures is a plus.
