As aParalegal, you will bring specialized expertise to support attorneys and legal staff by managing cases, legal correspondence, and records.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience using SharePoint and/or task tracking tools to manage competing deadlines for multiple assigned actions according to established guidelines and processes.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Providing paralegal support services to attorneys and legal support staff.
  • Managing cases, litigation, legal correspondence, and document review.
  • Maintaining records and overseeing law library management.
  • Offering legal administrative support.
  • Using discretion and professional judgment to refer matters or questions to the appropriate office or government employee.
